ETC ColorSource AV Consoles

This page provides information on connecting to an ETC ColorSource AV console over a network.

Compatible ETC ColorSource Consoles include the following:

• ColorSource 20 AV
• ColorSource 40 AV

(Please note that non-AV consoles (for example, the standard ColorSource 20 console) are not capable of connecting to a network.)

Control via a Web Browser

Once your console and your mobile device are both connected to the network, you will be able to use your web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) to contol the console and lighting.

Please note the following items if your console is connected to a KSL-supplied network:

• IP Address:
  • If you have a wireless router in your system, the wireless router will provide your device with an IP address.
  • If you have a wireless access point in your system, you will need to set a static IP address on your device.

• If your console and network were both provided and installed by KSL, your console has been tested and configured to work with the lighting network.
• You may have to configure your mobile device to get an IP address on the network, to be able to communicate with the console. Please see Setting a Static IP Address for additional information.
